Man, it’s weird how suddenly I came back. Last night and today I was motivated and productive and actually gave a shit. I went to my classes and spent the time in between working on assignments. And my god, I actually laughed. Really laughed. A lot.
But the last couple of weeks hadn’t been great for me. I couldn’t sleep, had no desire to eat anything and I could barely concentrate. I just didn’t care about anything. And there wasn’t a day that passed that I didn’t think about the situation, and them, and what I could do. The answer was nothing. I couldn’t do a damn thing and it really upset me.
There’s still nothing I can do. But it’s not worth trying to get water from a dry well, whatever the motive. It’s just bad timing.
We both know this isn’t simple, but neither of us will open that can of worms. It’s probably for the best. I should forget about everything.
I’m more than you can fucking handle. I’m gonna call you out on your bullshit and you won’t like it because you think the world can just be butterflies and godamn rainbows all the time. But life doesn’t work that way and I think you could use that kick in the guts.
